Job summary

Software Mind invites a Go Developer to help build a private cloud platform for a Dutch managed services provider. You will contribute to Go-based backend services, Kubernetes operators, and migration work, within a mixed Poland-Netherlands team.

English is the daily working language and the role is fully remote from Poland. You’ll design, implement, test and deploy services, participate in modernization efforts, and collaborate with architects and other specialists to shape the platform and its

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of commercial backend development with Go.
• Minimum 2 years building production services in Go.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Tests in Go using standard library and Testify or Ginkgo.
• Experience with containerised apps on Linux and basic networking.
• English proficiency at B2+ for daily collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Go backend services.
• Write Kubernetes operators and controllers in Go.
• Migrate workloads to the new private cloud platform.
• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for services.
• Collaborate with architects and designers on system design.
• Review code and document technical details
