Job summary

JLL in Warsaw seeks a Video & Graphic Designer to support strategic design across global sales pursuits, collaborating with Graphic Design Directors in the UK and US, our Design Team, and global sales teams.

You will manage end-to-end video projects, editing, motion graphics, and the design of documents, infographics, and sophisticated PowerPoint presentations, all while maintaining brand guidelines and producing client-branded materials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a corporate, highly-matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with video platform, remote recording platforms, design tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficient in video editing and graphic animation.
• Strong creative vision and visual arts skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Design Directors and team members across JLL sales and within DCoE, with a win-together mindset.
• Leading video and motion graphic projects with innovative solutions and project management skills.
• Demonstrating creativity with client-branded documents as requested.
• Develop multiple design options to meet stakeholder objectives with wow factor.
• Maintain brand standard guidelines and design libraries.
• Own projects from assignment through completion and communicate progress to the team lead.
• Meet deadlines to support bid-response timelines.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations around delivery timelines.
• Proof and ensure accuracy and consistency across designs.
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of designs and graphics.
