Job summary

Aon in Kraków is seeking an experienced project professional to support and co-lead Corporate Treasury projects, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes across the full project lifecycle. This hybrid role combines virtual work with time in the Kraków office, offering exposure to cross-functional teams, M&A integrations, and treasury transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in project management within financial services or corporate treasury.
Experience with cash management systems or treasury technology is valuable.
Degree in Finance or Accounting; master preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Support and co-lead cross-functional Treasury projects from initiation to closure.
Maintain project plans, timelines, action logs and status reports for stakeholders.
Coordinate with Treasury Operations and Bank Administration on changes.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and change management materials.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to resolve issues during development and implementation.
Identify and track risks and escalate as needed.
Support Treasury performance calls by preparing materials and consolidating data.
