Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is hiring a Treasury Analyst to support day-to-day cash and liquidity management across multiple currencies and entities. You will help ensure funds are available where and when the business needs them.

You will forecast cash pools, execute investments, manage currency exposures, and support intercompany netting while driving process improvements and maintaining strong controls. The role is based in Krakow with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with C1 proficiency.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Experience in treasury or finance-related studies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and forecast multi-currency cash pools and liquidity.
• Execute cash investments to maximize yield while balancing risk.
• Identify currency exposures from IHBO and EMEA activities.
• Support FX exposures via spot and derivatives (forwards/swaps) with global banks.
• Ensure daily Front Office Treasury operations for IHBO and EMEA are stable and controlled.
• Provide liquidity management support to EMEA affiliates with daily cash positioning.
