Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Compliance/Classification professional in Poland to determine HTS codes and country of origin for products. You will read BOMs and engineering drawings, create documentation, and monitor shipments while ensuring adherence to global procedures.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, or engineering, and proficiency in English and Polish with 1+ years in compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Business, Operations, Logistics, or Engineering.
• Fluent English and Polish skills.
• 1+ years of experience in classification and import/export compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Determine global HTS codes and country of origin for all products.
• Read Bills of Material and engineering drawings to interpret data.
• Create backup documentation for product classifications and origin per procedures.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments for missing classification data.
• Navigate SAP/IFS to troubleshoot daily transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Rockwell Automation global procedures and meet monthly metrics.
