Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Poland seeks a Senior Team Leader to head the Corporate Actions content production group of 12–16 staff in Gdynia. You will manage day-to-day operations, hire talent, coach and develop employees, and drive service and quality targets.

The role requires strong prioritization, organization, and communication, with focus on compliance, data handling, and cross-location collaboration. Competitive base salary with annual bonus plan will be offered.

• May assist with scopes and resources for content enhancements or new builds.
• Maintains ownership and compliance for sources used in content sets.
• Trains to ensure product, customer and systems development awareness.
• Maintains stable operational environment and clear allocation of duties.
• Prioritises regular operational activities and informs managers of potential difficulties.
• Uses Six Sigma to improve quality and reduce costs/waste.
• Communicates effectively with Data personnel globally and shares best practices.
• Leads team and drives Content Incentive Plan and reports on performance.
