• Lead and coordinate cross-functional study teams to ensure timely milestones
• Oversee study budget, timelines, and quality against CPT expectations
• Act as main AZ point of contact for CROs and external partners during outsourced studies
• Develop essential study documents (CSP through CSR) per AZ SOPs
• Ensure TMF completion and governance compliance across the study lifecycle
• Provide regular feedback and mentor team members for professional growth
• Support process improvements and lead SMO improvement projects
