Job summary

AstraZeneca GmbH in Warsaw is seeking a Manager, Global Clinical Solutions DPS for a 12-month secondment/FTC to lead delivery of GCS services across projects, ensuring timelines and quality. The role partners with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and systems within the Digital Patient Solutions and eCOA platforms.

The position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in biological or healthcare field with 2+ years pharma/clinical development experience
• Ability to collaborate; strong organisational, analytical, and delivery skills
• Proven project management proficiency
• Strong business communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills
• Manages risks and issues to ensure delivery; uses escalation/governance
• Shares lessons learned and best practices with stakeholders
• Builds relationships and delivers results without direct line management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver GCS services across projects, ensuring time and quality targets are met
• Lead or manage lean improvement projects and track delivery
• Serve as AZ co-Project Manager for eCOA and DPS setup, maintenance, and closure
• Coordinate input to eCOA/DPS requirements and align functionality with suppliers
• Maintain validated state of systems and manage change requests with risk assessment
• Establish UAT approach and allocate resources as needed
• Support changes to improve cross-functional performance
• Monitor programme performance and ensure timely implementation
• Train colleagues in continuous improvement and change culture
• Grow capabilities and share knowledge to improve team performance
• Maintain knowledge management of continuous improvement activities
