Job summary

GSK is seeking a Global Study Lead to plan and deliver a global clinical study, coordinating across clinical development, data management, safety, regulatory and external partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical operations or study management in pharma/CRO.
• Experience leading global study setup and multi-country delivery.
• Experience with ICH/GCP and global regulatory/safety requirements.
• Experience in project planning, risk management and clinical trial systems.
• Experience delivering English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight on end-to-end global study delivery.
• Escalation point for Clinical Operations.
• Ensure ICH/GCP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Translate asset needs to study plans and communicate with the COAL.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for studies.
• Support governance and financial review materials.
