Job summary

Merck Healthcare in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Trial Clinical Delivery Lead on-site 3 days per week to oversee high-quality site-level activities across Phase I–IV studies. You will be the single point contact for site management and coordinate with CSLs, Global functions, and CRO counterparts to ensure timely escalation and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical or Life Sciences.
• 8–10 years of professional and project management experience in delivering Clinical Operations of global clinical trials.
• Expert knowledge of clinical development and regulatory environment (ICH GCP and regional regulations).
• Oncology and/or Neurology and/or Immunology therapeutic area experience desired.
• Experience in CRO/pharma/biotech with site management and study planning.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks/projects.
• Aptitude to interpret data from analytical tools to improve study execution.
• Ability to assess risk, solve problems and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSL activities across assigned studies and serve as single point contact for site management.
• Develop and implement a monitoring strategy with CTLs and CROs using risk-based quality management.
• Support country and site start-up strategy and site-centric recruitment/retention plans.
• Represent CSL group at Clinical Operation Team meetings and drive collaboration with CROs.
• Lead CSL calls, onboarding, and drive process improvement initiatives.
