Caspian One is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join a globally distributed production engineering team focused on the stability, performance and resilience of trading and markets platforms. • Experience with incident response and post-mortems.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.

Responsibilities

• Support critical production applications used across global markets.
• Build out new capabilities for a Large Observability platform.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents and performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Build automation to reduce manual operational tasks.
• Enhance monitoring, observability and alerting capabilities.
• Collaborate with development and infra teams to improve resilience.
• Drive continuous improvement across the production estate.
• Contribute to on-call and major incident support when required.
