Job summary

Mondelēz International in Warsaw seeks a Sourcing Analytics Manager to partner with leadership and drive data-driven procurement decisions across the globe.

You will develop advanced models, automate workflows with Excel and scripting, and deploy AI-enabled tools to support complex sourcing events.

This role blends hands-on event management with analytics, governance, and knowledge sharing to elevate sourcing performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of procurement, sourcing, or buying experience with strong analytical focus.
• Advanced analytical skillset with strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA/macros).
• Proven experience running sourcing events in Coupa Sourcing Optimization or similar tools, including parametric bidding, scenario modelling, and award optimisation.
• Experience with data visualization/reporting platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI-based solutions and eagerness to explore AI tools to improve sourcing data access and decision-making.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate to non-technical audiences.
• Programming languages knowledge (SQL, Python, R) will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Event Execution & Optimization: Set up and manage sourcing events in CSO (Coupa Sourcing Optimization) with architecture and cost structure.
• Advanced Analytics & Cost Modelling: Provide analytics for strategic complex bidding and maintain cost models.
• Data Solutions & Automation: Develop future-oriented data access solutions and automate workflows using Excel and scripting.
• Excellence, Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Drive process/tool/template optimization and upskill Buyers in analytics.
• Governance & Reporting: Use Power BI/Tableau to translate data into insights and support governance.
