Tether is seeking a seasoned SOC Lead to run the global Security Operations Center from Europe, coordinating a distributed team across time zones. You will own incident response, triage, and the handover process, while driving detection improvements and KPI reporting in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Security Operations, leadership experience, and hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR, SSE, and WAF.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is required or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in Security Operations, including at least 1 year as SOC Lead or equivalent.
• Strong experience triaging alerts, investigating incidents, and leading major incident responses.
• Solid knowledge of core security technologies (EDR, SSE, SIEM, WAF) and how to tune/detect threats.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a distributed SOC Analysts team across time zones.
• Own SOC schedule, rotations, and weekend coverage for 24/7 operations.
• Define and enforce handover processes and incident response workflows.
• Act as incident lead for major security incidents and coordinate triage, containment, and recovery.
• Perform hands-on triage and threat hunting across SIEM, EDR, SSE, and WAF platforms.
• Review investigations quality and incident documentation; drive process improvements.
