Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Site Activation Manager to lead global start-up activities and accelerate patient enrollment across studies and regions. The role requires strategic oversight, regulatory coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will manage site initiation, contracting, and essential documents, while mentoring teams and supporting business development efforts. This is a sponsor-facing, home-based position with international scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 7+ years in clinical research, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in international multi-region projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and project management for global or multi-regional Site Activation activities.
• Lead start-up delivery (pre-award through activation) and lifecycle maintenance.
• Develop and execute the Site Activation Management Plan.
• Collaborate with internal teams, regions, and external stakeholders to enable study start-up.
• Oversee regulatory submissions, approvals, contracts, and essential documents.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions to support study delivery and bid processes.
• Ensure tracking, reporting, and maintenance of project systems and timelines.
• Support business development, including bid defense and client engagement.
• Mentor and coach team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support customer-facing activities.
