B. Braun Poland is seeking an IT Inhouse Consultant FI&CO to join our Information Technology team. You will provide global technical support for SAP FI/CO, plan maintenance, and contribute to finance and controlling projects in a hybrid work model.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 3–4 years of experience, strong English skills (B2) and German is a plus, and the ability to work unsupervised in a global team. We offer a competitive salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3–4 years of professional experience.
Advanced verbal and written communication in English (at least B2); German is a plus.
Ability to work unsupervised in a multi‑task, global team.

Responsibilities

Provision of global technical support for SAP FI/CO modules.
Plan and execute maintenance and lifecycle activities (OSS Notes, early watch, archiving, auditor requirements).
Deliver IT projects in Finance & Controlling across regional/global programs (e.g., S/4 upgrade).
Ensure service‑oriented analysis and fulfillment of incoming requests and incidents.
Collaborate in a global team to develop solutions and improvements.
