About The Department

Our B2B Sales Support teams are responsible for close contact with significant B2B Healthcare Customers such as hospitals, private clinics, medical institutions, pharmacies, distributors and sales representatives. We stay close to the Customers because as the department we are mainly responsible for processing their orders and entering their data into our systems. Surgical (IU) business area consists of a broad portfolio of products used in connection with urological and gynecological surgery procedures and includes implants and single-use devices.

Interventional Urology division in Coloplast develops, produces and markets products for surgical treatment of various urological and gynecological disorders. In IU B2B Sales Support Team we handle big part of sales related processes such as processing orders from business clients, organizing shipments, invoicing, reporting and maintaining communication with both external and internal stakeholders.

About The Job

Global Sales Specialist acts as one point of contact for all Coloplast distributors in countries from Middle East, Eastern Europe, South-East Asia and Latin America. Your main responsibility will be complex order coordination and a close collaboration with warehouse, production planning and many different Coloplast departments to ensure timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive order handling and coordination including product launches and shipments.
  • Pro-active approach and challenge stakeholders for optimal support for the markets.
  • Proactively monitor stock level for distributors.
  • Facilitate certificates and legalization of documents through Chamber of Commerce.
  • Customer order entry via E1 primarily for Export sales orders and sample orders.
  • Preparing Backorder Reports on customer’s demand.
  • Issue stock invoices and acknowledgments.
  • Work with shipping companies to organize the transport of goods and coordinate it.
  • Coordination of warehouse activities.
  • Create and proceed with all the necessary certifications based on the country’s law restrictions
  • Register and proceed with consignments.
  • Processing product returns & credit notes
Required Skills
  • Fluent in English (min. B2), French is a big plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with client-facing roles
  • Experience in fast-paced business environment
  • Experience in export sales process will be a considerable advantage
