Job summary

Circle K Global Development is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the Retail and Digital Channels section in Warsaw. You will work across the cloud-based integration platform and the POS system, designing backend services and developing POS functionality with Spring-based stacks and a JavaScript frontend.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end features, extend enterprise front-end apps, and adapt to in-store hardware constraints while following lifecycle processes and agile

Qualifications

• 4+ years Java development experience (Java 8+, ideally Java 11+).
• Solid Spring Framework experience (Boot, Data, Cloud) and XML/Java config.
• Experience with REST and SOAP interfaces, API docs and microservices.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL, SQL) and data modelling.
• Proficiency in modern JS framework (React/Angular/Vue) and TypeScript.
• Git, CI/CD, Gradle workflows; POS concepts and retail checkout basics.
• English and Polish fluent (B2/C1).
• Nice to have OmniPOS/CLOUD4RETAIL and Cloud/Azure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services for the global retail platform causing minimal impact to POS core.
• Develop POS functionality using Spring-based backend and custom DSL.
• Build and maintain integrations and configurations within the retail platform.
• Create app endpoints and integration flows enabling end-to-end feature delivery.
• Develop enterprise frontend apps (Employee Hub, Launchpad).
• Collaborate with product owners and architects in an agile, multinational setup.
