Global Program Manager – Business Credit Cards Rollout
We are seeking a results-driven Global Program Manager to lead the implementation and management of a global corporate credit card program across multiple regions. This strategic role will collaborate across Finance, Procurement, Treasury, IT, and HR to ensure a successful rollout aligned with operational, financial, and compliance requirements worldwide.
This is a fix-term 2-year contract (with a potential to extend). You will report to the Procurement Category Manager and Group Treasurer.
Your Responsibilities
- Will have experience in rolling-out and managing card solutions (T&E, purchase cards, virtual cards).
- Will strategically develop and expand the selected card solutions.
- Will design and implement the operations to manage the credit card program from a shared service center.
- Lead the end-to-end global rollout of a standardized business credit card program.
- Define and implement program governance, policies, and controls aligned with T&E and procurement.
- Manage relationships with card issuers.
- Partner with IT and Finance teams to integrate card feeds into ERP platform (Oracle).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and local tax laws.
- Drive change management to support global adoption and policy alignment.
- Coordinate tasks completion with internal and external teams.
- Monitor KPIs: adoption rate, policy compliance, cost savings.
- Provide support, training, and communication plans for employees and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes, controls, and vendor performance.
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years in program/project management in global finance, treasury, or procurement.
- Experience with corporate card programs or global payments.
- Background with global card issuers (Amex, Visa, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Oracle Finance and T&E.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, international teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management.
- Fluent in English (must have); other languages a plus.
