**Role Overview:**The Global Process Mining lead will have overall responsibility for planning, executing, and controlling our enterprise-wide process mining initiative, including the process mining center of excellence (COE). In this role, the Global Process Mining Lead will work with teams across the Huntsman organization to drive Celonis process mining program. It is a temporary position with a fixed term contract basis of around 18 months. **Role Responsibilities:****As a Global Process Mining Lead you will be responsible for:**Promote and subsequently work with teams to plan and organize new process mining initiatives, including budgetary preparation (licenses, data connections, Cloud capacity) and cost tracking.Enable current and future teams across the organization by facilitating training, data connections, workshops, and program delivery. In the program delivery role, meet on a regular basis with group teams to ensure delivery and overall program execution success.Manage the planning, execution, and control of the Global Process Mining COE to include both the activities the COE is responsible for and the multiple points of coordination.
