Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced Automation Engineers to work on intralogistics projects. The role involves hybrid work with about 60% international travel across Europe, the USA, and Canada, and close collaboration with clients to implement modern automation solutions.

Ideal candidates have solid PLC experience (Siemens/Beckhoff/Rockwell), a relevant technical degree, and a willingness to travel. Polish residence and English proficiency are required for this position located in Szczecin,

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with PLC controllers (Siemens, Beckhoff, or Rockwell).
Willingness to travel ~60% annually to Europe, USA, Canada.
Polish resident with valid passport and fluent English (B2).
Automation/Mechatronics or related technical education required.

Responsibilities

Programming industrial controllers (Beckhoff, Siemens).
Commissioning automation and robotics systems at clients.
Participation in FAT/SAT tests and production support.
Prepare software, technical and project documentation focused on safety and standards.
Parameterization and commissioning of automation components (presses, vision, drives).
Troubleshooting production line failures as needed.
