Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced Automation Engineers for intralogistics projects. The role offers hybrid work and frequent international travel, exposing you to Europe, USA and Canada while you collaborate with clients and project teams.

You will program PLC controllers (Siemens, Beckhoff), commission systems, support FAT/SAT, and contribute to safety-compliant documentation. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, Polish fluency, English B2, and be willing to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of PLC/automation experience.
• Experience in intralogistics or automotive industries is preferred.
• English level B2 and fluent Polish required.
• Willingness to travel about 60% of the year.
• Higher technical education in Automation, Robotics, or Mechatronics.

Responsibilities

• Programming industrial controllers (Beckhoff, Siemens).
• Commissioning automation and robotics systems at clients in Poland and abroad.
• Participation in FAT/SAT tests and production support.
• Prepare software, technical, and project documentation with safety standards.
• Parameterization, commissioning, and optimization of automation components.
• Troubleshooting production line failures as needed.
