Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced automation engineers for intralogistics projects. The role is hybrid with travel about 60% annually across Europe, the USA, and Canada, offering global exposure and client interaction.

You will program PLCs (Beckhoff, Siemens), commission automation and robotics, and contribute to FAT/SAT tests and documentation, aligning with safety standards and industry norms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar automation role (industrial/ intralogistics).
• Experience programming PLC controllers (Siemens, Beckhoff, or Rockwell).
• Willingness to travel ~60% of the year across Europe and North America.
• Fluent Polish and English (B2 level) required.

Responsibilities

• Programming industrial controllers (Beckhoff, Siemens).
• Commissioning automation and robotics systems for clients.
• Participate in FAT/SAT tests and provide production support.
• Prepare software, technical and project documentation with safety standards.
• Parameterization, commissioning and optimization of automation components.
• Troubleshoot production line failures when needed.
