Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced automation engineers for intralogistics projects. The role offers hybrid work and travel across Europe, the USA, and Canada, providing an opportunity to gain global experience and work directly with clients.

Responsibilities include programming PLC controllers, commissioning automation and robotics, FAT/SAT involvement, and producing safety-focused documentation and software for production lines.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLC controllers (Siemens, Beckhoff, or Rockwell)
• Willingness to travel ~60% per year across Europe, USA, Canada
• Higher technical education in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics or related fields
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in intralogistics or automotive
• English B2; Polish fluency; must reside in Poland; valid passport

Responsibilities

• Programming industrial controllers (Beckhoff, Siemens)
• Commissioning industrial automation and robotics systems for clients in Poland and abroad
• Participation in FAT/SAT tests and production support
• Preparation of software, technical and project documentation with emphasis on safety and standards
• Parameterization, commissioning, and optimization of automation components – presses, vision systems, drives, etc.
• Resolving current production line failures (if necessary)
