Job summary

Care Access is hiring a People & Talent Administrator to support recruitment and HR administration across international sites, including Poland and the UK. The role reports to the Director, Global HRBP and helps scale the team through talent sourcing, onboarding, and process optimization.

Responsibilities include payroll support, contract management, onboarding/offboarding, GDPR compliance, health and safety, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and HR administration.
• Proficient in HRIS and ATS systems (Workday/Greenhouse preferred).
• Knowledge of Poland and UK HR practices and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll consolidation with external vendors and local employment contracts.
• Manage HR records, onboarding/offboarding, and GDPR compliance.
• Assist with health and safety compliance and attendance tracking.
• Handle employee inquiries and HR process support across locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and process improvements.
• Support Talent Acquisition activities and candidate experience across international markets.
