Qualifications

  • Experience in US/Canada payroll operations is a plus.
  • Strong client-service orientation and prioritization skills under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll: validations and disbursements.
  • Support US and Canada payroll cycles with adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific requirements.
  • Prepare payroll journals, GL interfaces, and funding files.
  • Manage service requests and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Skills

7+ years of hands-on payroll operations experience
Proficiency in English
Ability to work cross-functionally across time zones
Proficiency in Oracle payroll platform
Experience using UKG/Kronos
Advanced MS Excel skills
Strong data integrity mindset
