Job summary

Verisk Analytics, Inc. is seeking an International Payroll Supervisor to coordinate payroll across multiple countries and entities.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, and external providers to ensure accurate, timely delivery and drive payroll transformation initiatives. You will lead payroll workstreams for global implementations, coordinate setup for new acquisitions, and help standardize processes while maintaining compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of payroll operations and payroll controls.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers in an international payroll environment.
• Strong project coordination and implementation capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll activities across multiple countries and legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Validate payroll inputs, review outputs, and ensure deadlines and calendars are met.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies, employee queries, and operational issues.
• Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, audits, documentation, and compliance with local requirements.
• Act as the operational contact for external payroll providers, coordinating deliverables and issues.
