Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Business Services Procurement Manager – Global Outsourcing to lead the global outsourcing procurement portfolio and manage a spend of over €450 million. You will drive strategic sourcing programs, oversee negotiations, and partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Legal and Information Security.

The role requires 7–10 years in procurement or outsourcing, with strong leadership, global program experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

7–10 years of procurement, outsourcing, shared-services, operations or supplier-management experience.
Strong strategic-sourcing, negotiation and contracting capabilities across BPO/KPO and managed-service categories.
Experience with large global RFPs and statements of work.
Knowledge of outsourcing risk, governance and cost models.

Responsibilities

Lead the Global Outsourcing Procurement team and manage ~€450+ million spend.
Develop multi-year sourcing strategies across BPO, KPO and managed-service outsourcing.
Lead and oversee market engagement, e-tendering, due diligence and contract negotiation.
Develop cost models, SLAs, and statements of work covering pricing and service levels.
Manage strategic supplier relationships and governance across regions.
