Job summary

KK Group is seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead new product introductions across a global manufacturing footprint. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive ramp-ups, and ensure projects meet safety, on-time, and within-scope objectives.

Join a team of skilled PMs and contribute to strengthening NPI execution worldwide, with opportunities in renewable energy projects and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager in manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing complex NPI/industrialisation projects.
• Strong knowledge of APQP and assembly manufacturing processes.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience in global matrix organisations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from planning through production ramp-up.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Logistics, Quality, Test, and Supply Chain.
• Drive project execution per plans and business objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation per KK Project Model.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and resources.
• Regular status reporting and stakeholder management.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making.
• Support development of NPI project management practices.
