Job summary

Medison Pharma is seeking a highly experienced New Partner and Product Integration (NPPI) Lead to drive end-to-end onboarding, planning, and operational integration of new strategic partners into Medison’s global ecosystem.

This global PMO role coordinates across Supply Chain, Regulatory, QA, Finance, Legal, Medical, and Commercial to ensure timely launch-ready delivery and flawless execution across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, multi-country, cross-functional initiatives in pharma/biotech.
• Strong PMO capabilities including planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as central PMO lead for New Partner Integrations across regions.
• Lead NPPI Steering Committees and Working Groups with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure readiness reviews, risk assessments, and timely issue resolution.
• Translate deal terms into actionable operational plans and milestones.
