Qualifications

• Final-year Master’s students expected to graduate by Sep 2027.
• Available to work Feb 1 – Jul 30, 2027.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Eagerness to learn quickly through Mastercard's training curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sales planning and consultative/solution selling within the Sales and Business Development track.
• Leverage Mastercard solutions to drive sales and revenue goals and set sales strategies aligned with geographical plans.
• Provide market intelligence to product teams to support design and implementation.
• Coordinate project plans, track progress, and ensure delivery within time/scope/resources constraints.
• In Product Management and Solutions track, focus on user experience, product performance, and customer needs.
