Job summary

Mastercard invites Final-year Master’s students to join our Advisors & Consulting Services internship in Warsaw for 2027. You will work in small teams on strategic questions for major brands, gaining exposure to data-driven insights, and client-facing project delivery across financial services, retail, hospitality and more.

You’ll analyze data, build presentations, and collaborate with colleagues while receiving mentorship from senior leaders and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Final-year Master’s students expected to graduate by September 2027.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in Polish and English are required or highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Work in small teams to support strategic consulting projects across industries; collaborate across organization areas to gain exposure to business development, account management, and product management.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Create clear and compelling presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Support problem solving by structuring challenges and exploring solutions.
• Grow by hands-on mentorship from an experienced management team.
