Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Media & Marketing Procurement Manager – Global Market Research to lead the global MR procurement portfolio and translate consumer and brand needs into sourcing strategies. You will manage approximately €100+ million in spend and collaborate with Consumer & Market Insights, Marketing, R&D, Data & Analytics, Legal, Privacy and Finance teams to align priorities.

The role requires a university degree with 5+ years in procurement/market research, and strong English

Strong global sourcing, negotiation and contracting skills.
Fluent written and spoken English; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Lead Global Market Research procurement portfolio and manage ~€100+ million spend.
Develop global strategies across quantitative and qualitative research, panels and analytics.
Lead complex sourcing, negotiation and contracting with clear service levels and data-protection controls.
Build a balanced ecosystem of global, regional and specialist research partners.
Align research procurement with decision and innovation priorities across multiple teams.
Build multi-year value pipelines through demand management and supplier innovation.
Ensure privacy, consent, ethical research and information-security standards are met.
