Job summary

Danaher Corporation, a leading life sciences and technology company, seeks a Global Lead for offensive security hosted within Cytiva in Kraków, Poland. The role drives adversary-emulation campaigns, red/purple-team operations, and offensive validation across security teams.

You will map campaigns to MITRE ATT&CK, develop tooling, and coordinate with detection engineering, legal, and works councils to ensure safe operations and governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive offensive security or red team experience (7–9 years preferred).
• Experience planning and executing adversary emulation across frameworks.
• Hands-on exploitation across Windows/AD, identity, cloud, and apps with C2 tooling.
• Translate offensive findings into prioritized control and detection improvements.
• Coordinate global engagements across legal and works-council contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design adversary-emulation campaigns mapped to MITRE ATT&CK/ATLAS and business goals.
• Engineer/develop offensive capability and tooling for safe operations.
• Design the purple-team model and detection-validation feedback loop.
• Establish sustainability, governance, and remediation-validation cadence.
