Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Warsaw seeks a Senior Manager, Global Labeling Strategy to lead labeling updates for CCDS, USPI and SmPC within a global regulation framework. You will partner with GRL, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, compliant submissions across regions.

Qualifications

• Masters of Life Sciences or equivalent, with thorough understanding of scientific principles or Bachelor of Lifesciences with at least 2 years of Regulatory and / or Regulatory Labeling Experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and lead a diverse group of SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Drives labeling strategy in partnership with GRL for CCDS, USPI and SmPC for low to medium complex projects.
• Serves as primary contact for Labeling Strategy Team (LST).
• Coordinates labeling activities and manages the label review and approval process.
• Ensures effective planning of cross-functional labeling activities.
• Supports responses to labeling inquiries from Health Authorities and inspections.
• Reviews country labels for compliance and participates in process improvements.

Education
