Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Labeling Swim Lane Owner to coordinate labeling activities and ensure timely deliverables across Poland, India and Denmark. This on-site role reports to the Global Labeling Director and is based in Stargard, Poland.

You will build project management skills, expand cross-functional collaboration, and deepen product knowledge about labeling and regulatory interactions across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical/Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in highly regulated global industries.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labeling activities across Poland, India and Denmark.
• Define and manage project plans and timelines for labeling.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment on labeling requirements.
• Support regulatory compliance throughout product lifecycle.
