ABB Robotics is seeking an experienced IS Applications Manager to lead and develop Robotics One, Value Provider Portal, and other Digital-domain applications. You will drive harmonization of business operations, manage global teams, and ensure maximum business value in line with Robotics IS strategy.

You will oversee lifecycle management, budgets, vendors, and compliance while collaborating with senior stakeholders across multi-country projects in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of IT experience in application development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years of global management/leadership experience; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record as an application leader in complex, global organizations.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed and diverse teams.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage Robotics One application, Value Provider Portal and other applications in Digital domain and integrations in line with global IS strategy.
• Own and develop the Robotics One application and integrations roadmap, aligning with business strategy and increasing usage.
• Govern applications to provide transparency, prioritize effectively, and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure services meet customer needs, maintain quality through SLAs and OLAs with IS IT teams and suppliers.
• Oversee lifecycle management, budget ownership, vendor relationships, and compliance with ABB standards.
