Job summary

XTB, a leading FinTech in Poland, invites applications for an institutional onboarding role based in Warszawa. You will oversee onboarding journeys for B2B partners and act as the primary relationship owner for banks and brokers, coordinating with IT, Trading and Operations to deliver fast, high-quality service.

The role requires 1–2 years in a financial institution, strong English, and a BA/MA in Economics or Finance.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a financial institution (Brokerage, Bank, Fintech).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
BA/MA in Economics, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of FX markets and OTC derivatives.
Interest in working with institutional clients across global jurisdictions.
High proficiency in MS Office and trading software.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full onboarding journey for B2B partners into the X Open Hub platform.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for institutional clients (Banks, Brokers).
Coordinate with IT, Trading, and Operations to deliver fast, high-quality service.
Analyze client requirements and translate into actionable business solutions.
Conduct professional training sessions for institutional clients.
Monitor global market trends to support strategy and product evolution.
Drive the introduction of new B2B products and tools across partners.
