Job summary

Radiometer, located in Stargard, Poland, seeks a Project Manager for Molds & Technical Supplier Projects to lead and expand the global molding supplier base and drive improvements in cost, quality and capacity. The role is on-site within the Global Manufacturing Engineering organization.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with 5+ years of project experience in injection molding, with strong cross-functional collaboration and regulatory awareness in a highly regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
• Experience with development and maintenance of injection molding equipment
• Experience driving global molding implementation projects
• Solid understanding of design for manufacturing for plastic and rubber parts
• Willingness to travel ~10–20% of the time

Responsibilities

• Supporting smooth, cost effective and compliant operation of Radiometer’s outsourced molding equipment portfolio
• Drive projects delivering new and better molds with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead global projects to improve Quality, Capacity or Cost in molding components
• Participate in new product development projects
• Ensure molds comply with rules and regulatory guidelines
