Your responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and optimize reporting tools, ensuring utilization of standardized reports and metrics, including user guidance materials.
- As Global Process Excellence Expert, define and maintain reporting processes and catalogues, manage business requirements, and monitor usage.
- Coordinate the reporting chapter, set standards, and develop knowledge in the field of expertise.
- Deliver the Global HR Reporting Solution Project on time and according to requirements.
- Establish efficient processes and ensure proper staffing of the team.
- Focus on team development and continuous improvement.
- Recognize successes and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Foster an open, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
- Provide advice on complex reporting questions, reconcile data from multiple sources, and ensure data governance compliance.
- Implement Data Management Process Control Standards and best practices, including data from Data Lakes and new BI foundations.
- Act as a bridge between Global HR and key stakeholders, balancing business needs and technical constraints.
Information about the squad:
The Global HR Data Management team handles reporting solutions for HR metrics and processes, supporting senior management decision-making. Responsibilities include BI activities, defining standardized reporting catalogues, and handling change requests.
We seek a Global HR Reporting Process Expert to coordinate reporting in COO People, reporting to the Global HR Chief Data Officer. You will provide standardized reporting solutions on employee data, helping colleagues make data-driven decisions.
You should have a constructive, analytical approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into simple, effective tools. You will lead the design and development of dashboards, answer ad-hoc queries, and provide insights on HR topics like recruitment, turnover, diversity, engagement, or organizational structures.
