Job summary

SGS is seeking a Global Head of Business Development for Medical Devices within Business Assurance. The role defines and drives the global BD roadmap, coordinating a matrix of country teams to capture growth opportunities across medical schemes, markets and segments.

The role requires deep knowledge of MDR/IVDR, market intelligence, and the ability to shape scalable service propositions in a regulatorily complex TIC environment. It can be fully remote across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business development or growth roles in medical devices TIC/regulatory environments.
• Experience leading multi-country or multi-region initiatives in a matrix organisation.
• Experience developing new markets, strategic partnerships, service propositions or complex opportunities.
• University degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global business development roadmap for SGS Medical Devices aligned with strategy.
• Lead the Global Medical Business Development strategy and coordinate across countries, DOs and hubs.
• Translate market/client/regulatory insights into scalable service propositions and GTM plans.
• Support local execution with country sales, marketing, regulatory and operations teams.
