Job summary

Qualifyze is seeking a Quality Auditor to manage and conduct audits across an international supplier network, ensuring GMP compliance and high-quality reporting. The role operates within the Quality team and involves collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

The candidate should have a minimum 5 years GMP auditing experience, accredited auditor training, and strong knowledge of international GMP standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years GMP auditing experience in pharma.
• Auditor training or justified experience with inspectors.
• Strong knowledge of international GMP regulations and quality systems.
• Professional proficiency in English and at least one local language (Polish/Czech/German/Hungarian/Romanian/Bulgarian/Slovakian/Serbian).
• Willingness to travel for on-site audits (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Prepare GxP audits addressing customer requirements and regulations.
• Conduct ~40 remote and on-site audits per year.
• Assess compliance against GxP regulations and internal procedures.
• Prepare clear audit reports following internal standards.
• Review audit reports with cross-functional teams for quality consistency.
• Review supplier CAPA responses to ensure findings are addressed.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Stay updated on GxP regulations and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of auditing methodologies and quality processes.
