Job summary

KION Business Services Polska, part of the KION Group, seeks a Process Manager with a strong General Ledger focus to drive global transformation initiatives. You will design, implement and harmonize financial processes across the group, collaborating with SAP FI/CO/S4HANA and cross-functional teams.

The role offers hybrid work in Kraków, exposure to international projects, and opportunities for growth within a global intralogistics leader.

Qualifications

Degree in economics and IFRS knowledge
Several years of finance/process management experience, preferably in shared services
Experience with SAP FI/CO, ideally S4 HANA, and strong MS Office skills
Fluent English in an international environment and across levels

Responsibilities

Design, implement, manage, and continuously improve financial processes and systems across KION
Harmonize and standardize processes group-wide; evaluate local deviations
Monitor KPIs and implement countermeasures to improve process quality
Serve as first point of contact for Process Owner and KION companies on GL topics
Support Business Transformation projects and act as project manager on IT/business initiatives
Provide support on GL-related systems and platforms
