Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking an Insight Analyst in Warsaw to partner with WE/global FMCG clients, turning research and sales data into actionable insights. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and support client decisions with analytical storytelling.

You will collaborate on multi-category data, refine dashboards, and present findings to clients, while maintaining strong relationships and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Min. 1.5–2 years experience in an analytical role.
• FMCG, T&D, Retail or market research background is advantageous.
• Fluent English (written and spoken, C1).
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong numerical confidence and data visualization abilities.
• Ability to translate numbers into clear insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build slides and narrative flows for clients.
• Understand clients' business priorities.
• Analyze large data sets to explain drivers of category performance.
• Share best practice and apply it in your work.
• Coordinate analytical pipeline and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support team in client meetings and projects.
