Job summary

KK Group is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Facility & Sustainability Management. You will ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across all KK sites, drive energy efficiency, and standardize facility practices globally.

Lead site Facility Managers, manage budgets, and guide sustainability initiatives at a worldwide scale. You will collaborate with Global Sustainability teams and local sites, translating targets into practical facility actions, while maintaining strong leadership

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainability standards and environmental management.
• Understanding of building systems and energy efficiency principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive global Facility Management by engaging site Facility Managers.
• Develop and implement standardized policies and procedures.
• Oversee risk, contingency planning and compliance across sites.
• Budget planning and cost control including sustainability investments.
• Manage projects with scope, timelines and costs for facilities and sustainability.
