Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. in Kraków seeks a Senior Legal and Compliance Specialist to join the Global Legal team and advance Akamai's ethics and compliance program across regions.

You will lead key compliance workstreams, oversee monitoring procedures, and support investigations, serving as a trusted liaison with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Audit, and HR. You will also develop training resources and contribute to global compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of corporate compliance experience, ideally within technology or multinational environments.
• Be English-language proficient in a business context (verbal and written).
• Be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Lead key compliance workstreams (annual risk assessments, policy refreshes, regional trainings).
• Implement and oversee compliance monitoring procedures with testing and reporting.
• Support internal investigations into potential violations of ethics codes and policies.
• Act as a trusted compliance liaison for regional teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Audit, HR).
• Develop training resources for employees and third parties; contribute to global compliance reporting.
• Provide informal direction to junior specialists within policy.
