Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global leader in critical power solutions. We are seeking a Global Engineering Change Manager to lead and drive engineering change projects across our global organization, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will manage end-to-end projects, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with international teams to optimize engineering processes and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an engineering industry or within change management position.
• Proficient in English and comfortable leading discussions with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive complex engineering change projects across the global organization, delivering to specification, on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
• Manage project scope, priorities, milestones, risks, KPIs, dashboards, and stakeholder communication.
• Control, monitor, and manage assigned engineering change projects with regular reporting against plans.
• Provide concise reports with KPIs, risks, trends, and corrective actions to the Director of Global Engineering.
• Apply Kaizen techniques to drive process improvements, cycle-time reductions, and cost reductions.
