Job summary

GE Vernova’s Grid Solutions—Grid Systems Integration is seeking an EHS Governance Manager to define, deploy, and maintain an effective governance framework across Projects, Services, and Manufacturing. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and local regulations while aligning with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive governance, risk management, and compliance experience in industrial/energy settings.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with regional and global stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 60% for project oversight and audits.
• Experience with internal policies (EHS, Quality, Ethics, Cyber, Sustainability) and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously improve the governance model across Projects, Services, and Manufacturing.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards; coordinate governance forums and reviews.
• Lead audits for Projects, Services, and Manufacturing; track findings to closure.
• Act as interface between Business Leadership, Operations, and Regions; coach leaders on governance.
