Job summary

Jobtailor in Toruń, Poland, seeks a Senior DSP Leader to define and continuously evolve the global Demand & Supply Planning Excellence roadmap for CPW. You will partner with Nestlé and senior CPW Operations stakeholders to shape planning strategy and ensure organizational alignment.

Lead the deployment of DSP standards, monitor performance and drive global adoption of planning tools and best practices across regions and categories, strengthening planning maturity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Supply Chain Excellence or Supply Chain Transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and integrated business planning processes.
• Experience defining and deploying global processes, standards or transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
• Experience working in an international and highly collaborative environment.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution abilities.
• Experience with planning or ERP tools (e.g. SAP or similar) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously evolve the global Demand & Supply Planning Excellence roadmap for CPW
• Lead the development, governance and deployment of DSP standards, methodologies and best practices across regions and categories
• Partner with Nestlé and senior CPW Operations stakeholders to shape planning strategy and ensure organizational alignment
• Drive global adoption and sustainability of DSP processes, tools and ways of working
• Identify capability gaps and lead initiatives to strengthen planning maturity and organizational effectiveness
• Influence regional, category and CoC stakeholders to secure alignment and consistent execution of planning standards
• Lead global DSP improvement initiatives and transformation projects
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities and recommend actions to improve planning effectiveness and business results
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability development across the DSP community
