Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead data strategy for a global digital retail experience. The role is remote with quarterly Warsaw office visits, focusing on customer engagement via data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across time zones and drive data governance and analytics adoption. Ideal candidates have a strong background in data engineering/analytics, hands-on SQL, Power BI, and experience in data warehouses like Snowflake.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in data engineering, data analytics or data architecture.
Experience leading data products and teams.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Data Product Specialists.
Partner with Group Product Manager to define data products enhancing engagement and loyalty.
Translate business needs into scalable data solutions with metrics and self-service analytics.
Collaborate with tech partners to manage external data feeds and governance.
Work with Data Engineering to onboard data and ensure data quality.
