Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Enterprise Data & AI Platform Architect to lead a large-scale healthcare transformation. You will define the data foundation, drive platform strategy, and align technology with business goals across global teams.

You will design scalable, governed data platforms, implement AI and MLOps capabilities, and optimize cloud costs in a highly regulated environment. This leadership role requires deep hands-on expertise, excellent English, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data platforms or enterprise data architecture.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and large-scale platform initiatives.
• Hands-on with Databricks and Azure Data Services, Lakehouse architectures.
• Experience across Azure and AWS, IaC, CI/CD, multi-region deployments.
• Experience delivering AI platforms including MLOps, LLMOps, AI-driven analytics.
• Knowledge of FinOps, governance, cost optimization, workload management.
• Experience with data governance, data cataloging, MDM, RPA, compliance.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing the long-term architecture strategy and roadmap for data and AI platforms.
• Leading platform governance, technology selection, and strategic decisions for enterprise solutions.
• Enabling advanced analytics and AI adoption through scalable, reusable, and secure platform capabilities.
• Driving platform reliability, operational excellence, automation, and service delivery across global environments.
• Establishing cost management frameworks, budgeting practices, and optimization for cloud-based services.
• Building and leading international teams responsible for platform architecture, engineering, operations, and continuous improvement.
